The following terms and conditions apply to all users of this website and to all purchases of goods and services from Grazie Gifts. By viewing and using the website you are agreeing to these terms of use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please cease accessing and using this website.

  1. Copyright:The contents of the website are the copyright of Grazie Gifts and no part of the website may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose. You may not use any part of it in any work of any form. No part of this website may be published, copied, transmitted or stored; except that you may print, or download extracts from the website for your own use only.
  2. Disclaimer:The website makes information and material available to you as a service. Use of the website material is at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable for any adverse consequences arising out of the use of information contained on the website. The material provided is general information only. You should access whether it is appropriate in light of your own objectives, situation and needs.

  5. Supply:On receipt of order we will endeavor to supply you with the goods ordered if we are unable to fulfil order on time you will be notified prior to invoicing and payment
  6. Grazie Gifts Quality Promise and Supply:Every effort is made to deliver the hampers as presented on this website. In the event of supply difficulty, we reserve the right to substitute hamper goods of the same type to equal or greater value. All items are subject to availability. We reserve to discontinue lines if product is sold out, or for any other reason. Please check product availability before presenting Grazie Gift products in marketing programs or reward incentives.

All foods and gift products supplied by Grazie Gifts are of highest standard and Hampers and shelf life for all hamper foods, from dispatch date is a minimum of 6 weeks. Therefore Grazie Gifts is not responsible in any way to the purchaser or recipient, should you present the gift to the recipient at a later date when foods have minimal shelf life or have an expired date. Please check the ‘Best Before’ date. All food items are perishable and must be stores in a cool, dark place. Talk to us first, if you need bulk delivery with a longer shelf life.

  1. Liability:While reasonable care has been taken to ensure the facts stated in the website are accurate and the opinions given are fair and reasonable, neither we nor any of our employees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, will be responsible for errors or misstatements or be liable whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss or damage caused.
  2. Delivery:The customer pays the delivery, handling and packaging charges related to the gift hamper purchase. Perth metro deliveries in a 60km radius incurs a charge of $15.00. Australia Post for the greater Western Australia and interstate orders are priced from $22.00-$28.00. Standard Grazie Gift box is used. Where Australia Post is used a tracking number will be provided.
  3. Liability-Returns and Delivery Policy: Once order has been placed on line or via email you will receive a confirmation email. We will endeavor to deliver goods on the agreed delivery dates but will not be liable for late delivery. Delivery queries please contact info@grazie.com.au. Delivery arrangements for bulk orders please contact Grazie Gifts. All individual orders are dispatched within 2 days after placing your order if goods are unavailable delivery time may be longer and you will be notified. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Grazie Gift please email us at info@grazie.com.au within 24 hours so we can resolve any problems and to arrange a refund or replacement item. Our liability for any claim, damages, loss or expense related to the supply of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services. A refund or hamper replacement does not apply to items which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if products are altered, missing products, or if they have been dropped or broken. The hamper must be returned in the original box and in its original condition. The costs incurred in returning the gift will be paid for by the purchaser or the person returning the Grazie hamper.
  4. Advertised goods:Where goods are advertised with reference to a photograph, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We will endeavor to deliver the corresponding goods but do not warrant that the goods we deliver to you will be identical to those displayed in the photograph or on your monitor.
  5. Price:The price of the goods or services is that stated on the website at the time we accept your purchase order. The prices includes goods and services tax (“GST”). We may alter prices without notice.
  6. Product Information:While most products displayed on the website are available at Grazie Gifts, they may not necessarily be in stock. All information given on the website is for your guidance but does not afford a guarantee of use. Common sense and discretion are advised in the proper and safe use of all products purchased from us.
  7. Terms:We will supply goods and services to you on these Terms only (as we may need to amend them occasionally). The only circumstance where any variation to these Terms will apply is where we have expressly agreed in writing to that variation. If there is any conflict with other terms of trade, these Terms will take priority over any other terms of trade.
  8. Waiver:If at any time we do not enforce these Terms or grant you time or other indulgence, we will not be construed as having waived that term or our rights to later enforce that or any other term.
  9. Returns and Liability: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Grazie Gift please email us at info@grazie.com.au within 24 hours so we can resolve any problems and to arrange a refund or replacement item.   10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by notifying users of the existence of revised terms and conditions through the website. By continuing to access the website, you agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
  11. Security Policy: Grazie Gifts uses Ezidebit. Level 1 PCI Compliant adhering to the gold standard in data security- Ezidebit is fully sponsored with Westpac Bank. Ezidebit is a licensed commercial agent and is one of the only debiting companies in Australia with an Australian Financial Services License. Ezidebit is registered with Fair Trading Queensland. Funds collected are held in a secure trust control account. Ezidebit is audited by ASIC annually. Payments are fully automated. Your credit card details cannot be viewed by Grazie Gifts or any outside party.
